About Baylis Landscapes
Although established in our current form in 1997, our roots run much deep – with four generations of landscapers in the family, we go as far back as the birth of modern landscaping in the 1950s. Andrew Baylis (our Managing Director) and Peter Baylis (our Commercial Director) have decades of experience between them, and are backed up by a highly skilled team, including Sam Baylis, the latest generation to join the company... Their father, Christopher Baylis, was a founding member and National Chairman of the British Association of Landscape Industries (BALI), and our involvement has continued ever since.
We offer an exceptional landscaping service, working sustainably from our modern and purpose-built offices and workshops. These were built to the highest efficiency standards using heat pumps, LED lighting and solar power to obtain an energy efficiency rating of 2, leaving virtually zero emissions. We also operate a modern and efficient fleet of plant and equipment, making considered use of electric and hybrid vehicles and battery powered equipment.

Baylis Landscapes is proud to be an active member of BALI, the "British Association of Landscape Industries". Given that we had a founding father and former national chairman of Bali in the family, it’s something that really matters to us. We have won 6 BALI National Landscape Awards, including one in 2017. We are also accredited by Chas, Construction-line, and Safe Contractor schemes. Our vehicle fleet has FORS bronze accreditation. Our workforce and managers are CSCS and CPCS carded, with SMSTS and SSSTS supervisors and managers where required.
